Everyone with half a brain can tell you that women face extremely unhealthy,and often unattainable beauty standards within pop culture. The need to be near perfect is a very damaging concept that causes many women serious anxiety. However, what often goes unnoticed are the mirror image standards that are set for men. Coined "bigorexia", the need for larger musculature and physique is an ever growing problem among men and boys.
