Locus: Vol. 5 "Yakuza"

Recently the boys and girls over at Locus invited me back for the 5th issue themed "Yakuza".

While researching the gang I came across a tidbit I thought was both scary and hilarious. Apparently, the Yakuza will invest just enough money into companies to garner spots at shareholder meetings. They will then attend these meetings with the sole purpose of intimidating the company and its investors into doing their bidding. I couldn't help but imagine huge, tatted up gangsters surrounded by suits.

Also, Yakuza like to go around cutting off their own pinky fingers if they let their friends down.
